About membership

Member registration/withdrawal

How to register as a member
When shopping, it is convenient to register as a member (free).

Input items for member registration are your name, password, gender, date of birth, e-mail address, postal address, phone number, and whether or not you wish to receive e-mail newsletters.
Please be sure to agree to the "Terms of Use" before registering as a member.
You can also purchase without registering as a member.
Registration procedure
When you press the button to register as a member, the terms of use will be displayed.
Check "I agree" and press "Next".
The member registration screen will be displayed, so please continue to enter the registration information.
How to withdraw
You can unsubscribe by logging in to My Page.

However, if there are any products currently on order, we will not be able to accept your request to withdraw from the membership until the payment for the products has been completed.
Sorry for the inconvenience, but please complete the withdrawal procedure again when the product arrives.

Once you withdraw, all points and purchase history will be invalidated.
If you register as a member again, the points and purchase history up to the previous time will not be restored.
Security
When registering as a member, when changing registration information on My Page, or when purchasing a product,

Email address (ID)/password

Your e-mail address (ID) will be the e-mail address you set when you registered as a member.
The password will be 6 digits or more half-width alphanumeric characters that you set when you registered as a member.

If you have forgotten your password, please follow the procedure below to change it.

About points

What is point
When you make a purchase, you will receive points based on your rank based on the tax-excluded price of the product (excluding points used). (Sale items and items eligible for MEMBERS ONLY OUTLET are not eligible for points.)
If you purchase a product from a directly managed ONLINE SHOP, points will be added on the day the product is shipped.
To check the number of points, please check "Point History" on My Page.
About using points
Members can use their point balance as 1 yen per 1 point.
Points can be used to purchase products at directly managed stores in Japan (excluding Hankyu Umeda Main Store) and directly managed ONLINE SHOP (excluding the purchase of cash vouchers and use of excluded products designated by the Company).
In addition, points cannot be used for purchases of products outside of stores.
About expiration date of points
If you do not purchase a product by presenting your membership card by the end of the month one year after the last purchase date, the acquired points will automatically expire.
If there is a purchase before the expiration of the points, the expiration date of the points will be renewed.
If you purchase a product from a directly managed ONLINE SHOP, the "order date" will be considered the "purchase date".

Find products
Find your favorite products by hat category, new arrivals, designer brand list, search function and more.
Confirm the contents of the product
When you find the product you want, please check the product details page.
On the details page, select the color and size you want and click "Add to Cart".
Your ordered products will be displayed on the "Cart" page.
If you would like to continue ordering other items, please click "Continue Shopping".

Confirm your ordered products Check the ordered products on the "Cart" page, then click "Proceed to checkout".
If you want to remove an item from your cart, click "Delete".
Enter shipping address and payment method
After selecting a product and adding it to the "Cart", press the "Proceed to checkout" button and enter information such as shipping address and payment method.
After entering, press the "Confirm input" button and check the contents on the order information confirmation screen.
If there are any changes, click "Change" for each item.
If there are no mistakes in the contents, click "Confirm order".
  • You can order up to 3 items per order.
  • You can order up to 1 item of the same item per order.
  • Some products cannot be shipped overseas. Please note.
Displaying the "Order Completed" page and sending an application confirmation email
When you click the "Confirm Order" button, the "Order Complete" screen will be displayed.
After completing the application process, a confirmation email will be sent to your registered email address.

If you do not receive a confirmation email, your order may not have been successfully submitted.
Please check the "Purchase History" page in My Page. If you have any questions, please contact us using the "Contact Us" form.
Be careful about purchasing without registering as a member (guest purchase)
You can check the details of your order in the order confirmation email, but you cannot use My Page. Guest purchases do not earn points.

About payment, shipping and tariffs

You can choose either credit card or PayPal as your payment method.

When ordering, you can pay by entering your credit card information (card number, card holder, expiration date, number of payments).

You can use lump sum, 2 times, 3 times, 5 times, 6 times, 10 times, 12 times, 15 times, 18 times, 20 times, 24 times, revolving.
  • Some credit cards cannot be used as payment methods.

  • Bonus lump-sum payment and bonus combined payment cannot be used.

The product center is closed on Sundays, so orders placed on Sundays (including orders placed after 9:00 AM the day before) will be shipped from the next business day.

Cancellation, returns and exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges for items other than defective items.

If you have already registered as a member, on the order history screen of My Page, within 60 minutes after completing the order, the corresponding order will be in the state (status) of "order received" and the cancel button will be displayed. In that case, you can cancel the reservation yourself.

Cancellation

We cannot accept cancellations for the following items.

About returns and exchanges

Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges if the following conditions apply.

  • Items that have passed 9 days or more after the arrival of the product
  • Product used
  • Products with detached or damaged product tags, price tags, labels, etc.
  • Items with damaged or missing packaging
  • Products with odors, scratches or stains from the customer
  • Items that are indicated as "non-returnable" on the website, such as reserved items, made-to-order items, etc.
  • Even if it is a defective product, we cannot respond to items that have passed the deadline. When you receive the product, be sure to open it and check the product.
  • The "cooling-off" stipulated in the "Act on Specified Commercial Transactions" etc. is a system that is mainly applied to "door-to-door sales."

About wrapping

About gift wrapping
For those who wish, gift wrapping will be charged and a gift wrapping fee of 330 to 550 yen will be charged.
