About membership

Member registration/withdrawal

How to register as a member
When shopping, it is convenient to register as a member (free).

Input items for member registration are your name, password, gender, date of birth, e-mail address, postal address, phone number, and whether or not you wish to receive e-mail newsletters.
Please be sure to agree to the "Terms of Use" before registering as a member.
You can also purchase without registering as a member.
Registration procedure
When you press the button to register as a member, the terms of use will be displayed.
Check "I agree" and press "Next".
The member registration screen will be displayed, so please continue to enter the registration information.
How to withdraw
You can unsubscribe by logging in to My Page.

However, if there are any products currently on order, we will not be able to accept your request to withdraw from the membership until the payment for the products has been completed.
Sorry for the inconvenience, but please complete the withdrawal procedure again when the product arrives.

Once you withdraw, all points and purchase history will be invalidated.
If you register as a member again, the points and purchase history up to the previous time will not be restored.
Security
When registering as a member, when changing registration information on My Page, or when purchasing a product,

Email address (ID)/password

Your e-mail address (ID) will be the e-mail address you set when you registered as a member.

If you have forgotten your password, please follow the procedure below to change it.

About points

What is point
When you make a purchase, you will receive points based on your rank based on the tax-excluded price of the product (excluding points used). (Sale items and items eligible for MEMBERS ONLY OUTLET are not eligible for points.)
If you purchase a product from a directly managed ONLINE SHOP, points will be added on the day the product is shipped.
To check the number of points, please check "Point History" on My Page.
About using points
Members can use their point balance at a rate of 1 yen per point.
Points can be used to purchase products at our domestic directly managed stores (excluding Hankyu Umeda Main Store) and our directly managed ONLINE SHOP (excluding the purchase of gift certificates and use on excluded products specified by our company).
Additionally, points cannot be used to purchase products outside of stores.
When using points to purchase multiple items, the points used will be allocated according to the price of each item.

Example: If you use 1,000 points when purchasing items worth 4,000 yen and 6,000 yen, 400 points will be applied to the 4,000 yen item and 600 points will be applied to the 6,000 yen item.
About expiration date of points
If you do not purchase any products by presenting your membership card by the end of the month one year after your last purchase date, your earned points will automatically expire.
If you make a purchase before your points expire, your points will also have their expiration date renewed.
If you purchase a product from our direct ONLINE SHOP, the "shipping date" will be considered the "purchase date."

Cancellation and Return of Orders Using Points

We will refund the points applied to the returned item and the amount you paid.
For example, if you use 1,000 points to purchase two items worth 4,000 yen and 6,000 yen, and then return only the 4,000 yen item, you will be refunded 3,600 yen plus 400 points, minus the 400 points applied at the time of purchase.

About coupons

What is a coupon?
We will issue various coupons that can be used when shopping exclusively for CA4LA members. You can check the issued coupons from the coupon list on  My Page.
We will notify you by email when the coupon is issued. When registering as a CA4LA member, please select "hope" while choosing if receive E-mail newsletter.
*If you are already registered CA4LA Members, you can update the information by the 'Member Information Update' section on My Page.
About using coupons
・How to use at ONLINE SHOP
On the "Enter Order Information" screen, enter the coupon code in the coupon usage field, or select the coupon you want from the "Show available coupons" button.

If you use a coupon to purchase multiple items, the coupon amount will be distributed among the prices of each item.

Example: If you use a 1,000 yen coupon when purchasing items worth 4,000 yen and 6,000 yen, 400 yen will be applied to the 4,000 yen item and 600 yen will be applied to the 6,000 yen item.
Cancellation and Return of Orders Using Coupons
【If your order is cancelled】
The coupon will be returned to unused status.

【If you return an ordered item】
If all items are returned:
The coupon will be returned to unused status.
・If part of the order are returned:
We will refund the coupon applied to the returned item and the amount paid.

Example: If you use a 1,000 yen coupon to purchase two items costing 4,000 yen and 6,000 yen, and then return only the 4,000 yen, you will receive a refund of 3,600 yen minus the 400 yen coupon amount applied at the time of purchase, plus the 400 yen coupon.

*The validity period of the returned coupon will not change.
*If the coupon's validity period has expired at the time the cancellation/return procedure is completed, the coupon cannot be refunded.

Coupon Terms and Conditions
Introduction
CA4LA Inc. (hereinafter referred to as "our company") hereby establishes the following terms of use (hereinafter referred to as "these Terms") for the CA4LA ONLINE SHOP (hereinafter referred to as "this service") which it operates.
In addition, anyone who uses this service (hereinafter referred to as the "User") is deemed to have agreed to the following conditions.

1. Definitions

3. Notes and when coupons cannot be used
Cannot be used on eligible products or products outside of eligible categories.
If this website is down for reasons related to our company, such as system maintenance, you will not be able to use it.
Coupons cannot be used by any third party other than the customer to whom the coupon was issued.
This coupon cannot be used at stores other than CA4LA ONLINE SHOP (including physical stores and ONLINE SHOP). Please note that other conditions for inapplicability may change without notice. For details, please refer to the terms of use listed for each coupon code on your My Page.

4. Confirmation of coupon usage
You can check the coupon discount on the confirmation screen of your input information, the order confirmation email, and the receipt/invoice.

5. Changes after order confirmation and purchase
Coupons cannot be used on orders that have already been completed.
If you return an item, the coupon that was allocated to the returned item will be refunded. However, if the coupon's validity period has expired at the time of return, the coupon cannot be refunded.

6. Coupon Cancellation and Restrictions on Use
Coupons that have expired will automatically become invalid.
If any of the following apply to you, we may cancel some or all of your coupons or restrict your use of the coupons.
・If any illegal or fraudulent activity has occurred
・If you have engaged in any conduct that significantly damages the relationship of trust with our company
・If you violate the terms and conditions set by our company
・When used by a third party other than the customer
We will not provide any compensation and will not be held liable for any cancelled or invalid coupons.

7. Disclaimer
Current coupons may be changed or terminated without notice, regardless of their validity period.
The final decision regarding coupon issuance and use is made by our company.
The coupon may only be used by the customer himself/herself and cannot be used by any third party other than the customer.
Coupons held by you may not be transferred, resold or shared with other third parties.
Coupons you hold cannot be exchanged for cash or refunded, regardless of the reason.
When a customer uses a coupon, the company will assume that the coupon has been used by the customer himself/herself. Furthermore, the company shall not be liable for any damages incurred by the customer.
If you use a coupon that we deem inappropriate, we may refuse to provide you with any future services.

8. Changes, amendments and termination of terms
The contents of these terms and conditions may be changed, revised or terminated without notice.

Find your favorite products by hat category, new arrivals, designer brand list, search function and more.

When you find the product you want, please check the product details page.
On the details page, select the color and size you want and click "Add to Cart".
Your ordered products will be displayed on the "Cart" page.
If you would like to continue ordering other items, please click "Continue Shopping".

Confirm your ordered products Check the ordered products on the "Cart" page, then click "Proceed to checkout".
If you want to remove an item from your cart, click "Delete".
Enter shipping address and payment method
After selecting a product and adding it to the "Cart", press the "Proceed to checkout" button and enter information such as shipping address and payment method.
After entering, press the "Confirm input" button and check the contents on the order information confirmation screen.
If there are any changes, click "Change" for each item.
If there are no mistakes in the contents, click "Confirm order".
  • You can order up to 3 items per order.
  • You can order up to 1 item of the same item per order.

Displaying the "Order Completed" page and sending an application confirmation email
When you click the "Confirm Order" button, the "Order Complete" screen will be displayed.
After completing the application process, a confirmation email will be sent to your registered email address.

Be careful about purchasing without registering as a member (guest purchase)
