About product delivery

The product center is closed during the New Year holidays, Golden Week, and every Sunday. Orders placed on holidays (including orders placed after 9:00 AM on the previous day) will be shipped sequentially from the next business day. - Can I specify the delivery date and time?

How to register as a member
When shopping, it is convenient to register as a member (free of charge).
When registering as a member, you will be asked to enter your name, email address, phone number, address, gender, date of birth, whether you would like to receive email newsletters, and a password. Please be sure to agree to the Terms of Use before registering. You can also make purchases without registering as a member.
Registration procedure
When you press the "RESISTER" button, the terms of use will be displayed.

What is point
When you make a purchase, points will be awarded based on your membership rank for the product price excluding tax (excluding points used). (Sale items and MEMBERS ONLY OUTLET items are not eligible for points.)
If you purchase a product from the CA4LA ONLINE SHOP, points will be added on the "date of product shipment." Please check your points at the top of your My Page or in "Point History."Using points
1 point = 1 yen and can be used to purchase products at domestic directly managed stores (excluding Hankyu Umeda Main Store) and CA4LA ONLINE SHOP (excluding the purchase of gift certificates and use on excluded products specified by our company).

What is a coupon?
We will issue various coupons that can be used for shopping exclusively for CA4LA members. Issued coupons can be viewed from the coupon list on My Page.
You will be NEWS by email when the coupon is issued. When registering as a CA4LA member, please select "I want to receive the email newsletter."- If you are already registered as a CA4LA member, you can change your information by going to "Change Member Information" on your My Page.
About birthday coupons
When registering as a new CA4LA member, please enter your date of birth.
