In order to further improve the quality of our services to customers, CA4LA has introduced a "Hat Meister" certification exam system. salesperson who have passed the rigorous exam will be stationed at our Daikanyama store from August 1, 2024. We plan to gradually expand this system nationwide in the future.
A hat-shaped pin badge that is proof of being a master craftsman
"Hat Meisters" are hat expert salesperson who have completed a special program within the company. They have advanced expertise in hats and can solve any hat-related problems you may have, from suggestions on how to wear them to repairs.
Some of the services that were previously only available at CA4LA CA4LA Atelier will now be available at your local store.
If you have any problems with your hat, please come to a store where a master craftsman works.
