The target period for rank setting is the purchase amount (excluding tax) for the most recent year up to the rank update date.
The repair fee, shipping fee, and cash-on-delivery handling fee are not included in the purchase amount for rank setting.
Rank updates occur on February 1st and August 1st each year.
Rankings are reviewed every six months.
