The target period for rank setting is the purchase amount (excluding tax) for the most recent year up to the rank update date.
The repair fee, shipping fee, and cash-on-delivery handling fee are not included in the purchase amount for rank setting.
Rank updates occur on February 1st and August 1st each year.
Rankings are reviewed every six months.
In case of renewal on February 1st: Calculated from the annual purchase amount from February 1st of the previous year to January 31st of the current year
In case of renewal on August 1st: Calculated from the annual purchase amount from August 1st of the previous year to July 31st of the current year
