CA4LA will be holding an event at Shinsaibashi Parco where our hat expert salesperson, the "Hat Meisters," will be taking orders for hat customization.
Attaching "hanging ribbons" and "wrapped ribbons" is free of charge, while attaching "veils" is subject to a fee. Please contact the store for details.
