Please send us the details of the repair using the inquiry form.
- Depending on the condition of the item, we may not be able to meet your request.
02Shipping of repaired items
After you have reviewed the repair details and the estimated cost, we will provide you with the shipping address for the item to be repaired.
- Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
03Return of repaired item
Once we have notified you that the repair is complete, we will return the item to you.
- Please pay the repair fee to the delivery company.
- Shipping charges will be collected upon delivery.
