A Hello Kitty greeting event will be held at CA4LA Omotesando store on Saturday, December 16th.
Customers who purchase "HELLO KITTY x CA4LA" and "HELLO KITTY x CA4LA "COLLABORATION items at the Omotesando store on the day of the event (first 90 groups) will be able to participate. Enjoy taking a photo with Hello Kitty in a Santa costume, something you won't see at Sanrio Puroland!

Customers who purchased "HELLO KITTY x CA4LA" and "HELLO KITTY x CA4LA "COLLABORATION items at CA4LA Omotesando store on the day of the event.
*Please note that customers who purchased at other CA4LA stores will not be able to participate.
[About distribution of numbered tickets]
・We will distribute numbered tickets at the cash register in the order of payment.
・You cannot choose the time of the event you wish to participate in. We will guide you on a first-come, first-served basis.
・In order for as many customers as possible to enjoy the event, each person may only participate once.
・The distribution of numbered tickets will end as soon as the upper limit is reached.
・Up to 4 people can accompany each numbered ticket.
[About the event]
・Please come to the 1st floor entrance of CA4LA Omotesando store 10 minutes before the event. To reduce crowding, please refrain from waiting inside the store.
・Still images, videos, and the number of shots taken are not restricted, but depending on the situation with other customers, salesperson may ask you to speak to them even while the shooting is in progress.
・ salesperson will only be able to assist you with the shooting of one still image. We are unable to assist with video shooting.
・To prevent damage, we do not allow characters to hold customers' personal belongings.
・We cannot accommodate requests such as having the character perform a specific performance (dance, gesture game, etc.).
・If there is any other behavior that seems inappropriate, we may cancel the shoot.
